Metaverse Trading Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16644748), 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, is the controller of the personal data described in this policy under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Contact: kyb@metaversetradingltduk.com. Sardium is our product; in this policy "we" means Metaverse Trading Ltd.
When a merchant's customer pays through a Sardium checkout, the merchant is the controller of its own customer and order records, and we process them on the merchant's behalf. The payment provider that carries out the purchase is an independent controller under its own privacy policy.
1. What We Process
When you use Sardium, we collect and process the following information:
- Email address (for authentication and session management)
- Wallet address (public address only; used to display your balance and receive funds)
- Transaction metadata (amount, recipient address, network, timestamp)
- Name and email of the payer, as verified by the payment provider
- Purchase records (wallet address, amounts, currencies, status and the blockchain transaction reference)
- Device and browser information (user-agent, IP address)
2. What We Do NOT Hold
We do not store, process, or access the following:
- Private keys (only you hold them; our servers never do)
- Payment card or bank account details (handled by licensed payment providers)
- Identity documents or government-issued IDs (processed by licensed payment providers)
- Passwords or recovery phrases
3. Third-Party Processors
Your data is shared with third-party service providers for specific purposes:
- Web3Auth: Provides the wallet sign-in. It does not give Sardium access to your keys.
- Payment providers: the licensed provider that carries out your purchase (shown by name before you pay), and the routing service that connects Sardium to these providers. They process fiat payments and perform identity verification (KYC), under their own privacy policies.
- Blockchain networks: Transaction metadata is recorded on public blockchains and cannot be retracted.
4. Data Retention
- Checkout sign-in email and wallet address (Web3Auth sign-in on a Sardium checkout): deleted 24 months after the last sign-in.
- Checkout attempts (the record of each payment attempt, which carries the sign-in email): deleted 24 months after the last change.
- Name and email of the payer, as verified by the payment provider: deleted 12 months after the purchase.
- Purchase records (wallet address, amounts, currencies, status and the blockchain transaction reference): deleted 5 years after the purchase's last update.
- IP address of the last device that opened a payment link: deleted 12 months after the link was last opened.
- Correspondence: kept up to 2 years after the matter is closed.
- Web server logs (kept by our hosting providers): at most 90 days.
- Backups: data deleted from our systems can remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 days, then it is gone.
5. Your Rights
Under GDPR (EU) and UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion ("right to be forgotten"), subject to legal retention obligations
- Request restriction of processing
- Object to processing
- Request data portability
To exercise these rights, contact kyb@metaversetradingltduk.com with your email address and the specific request. We reply within 30 days. Records we must keep by law are kept until that period ends and then deleted; in that case we tell you what was kept and why.
You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), to the data protection authority of the EU country where you live or, if you are in Türkiye, to the Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu) under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
6. Security
Sardium uses industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.2+) for all data transmission. Session data is encrypted in transit and at rest. However, no security measure is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against all threats.

Bir işletmenin müşterisi Sardium ödeme sayfası üzerinden ödeme yaptığında, kendi müşteri ve sipariş kayıtlarının veri sorumlusu o işletmedir; biz bu kayıtları işletme adına işleriz. Alımı gerçekleştiren ödeme sağlayıcısı, kendi gizlilik politikası kapsamında bağımsız veri sorumlusudur.
1. İşlediğimiz Veriler
Sardium'u kullandığınızda aşağıdaki bilgileri toplayıp işleriz:
- E-posta adresi (giriş ve oturum yönetimi için)
- Cüzdan adresi (yalnızca herkese açık adres; bakiye göstermek ve fon almak için)
- İşlem metaverisi (tutar, alıcı adresi, ağ, zaman damgası)
- Ödeyenin adı ve e-postası (ödeme sağlayıcısının doğruladığı)
- Alım kayıtları (cüzdan adresi, tutarlar, para birimleri, durum ve blokzincir işlem referansı)
- Cihaz ve tarayıcı bilgileri (user-agent, IP adresi)
2. Tutmadığımız Veriler
Aşağıdakileri depolamaz, işlemez ve bunlara erişmeyiz:
- Özel anahtarlar (yalnızca sizdedir; sunucularımızda hiçbir zaman tutulmaz)
- Ödeme kartı veya banka hesabı detayları (lisanslı ödeme sağlayıcıları tarafından işlenir)
- Kimlik belgeleri veya hükümet kimlik kartları (lisanslı ödeme sağlayıcıları tarafından işlenir)
- Şifreler veya kurtarma ifadeleri
3. Üçüncü Taraf İşleyicileri
Verileriniz belirli amaçlar için üçüncü taraf hizmet sağlayıcılarıyla paylaşılır:
- Web3Auth: Cüzdan girişini sağlar. Sardium'a anahtarlarınıza erişim vermez.
- Ödeme sağlayıcıları: alımınızı gerçekleştiren lisanslı sağlayıcı (ödemeden önce adı gösterilir) ve Sardium'u bu sağlayıcılara bağlayan yönlendirme hizmeti. Fiat ödemeleri işler ve kimlik doğrulaması (KYC) yaparlar; kendi gizlilik politikaları kapsamında faaliyet gösterirler.
- Blokzincir ağları: İşlem metaverisi herkese açık blokzincirlere kaydedilir ve geri alınamaz.
4. Veri Saklama
- Ödeme sayfası giriş e-postası ve cüzdan adresi (Sardium ödeme sayfasında Web3Auth ile giriş): son girişten 24 ay sonra silinir.
- Ödeme denemeleri (her ödeme denemesinin kaydı; giriş e-postasını içerir): son değişiklikten 24 ay sonra silinir.
- Ödeyenin adı ve e-postası (ödeme sağlayıcısının doğruladığı): alımdan 12 ay sonra silinir.
- Alım kayıtları (cüzdan adresi, tutarlar, para birimleri, durum ve blokzincir işlem referansı): alımın son güncellenmesinden 5 yıl sonra silinir.
- Ödeme bağlantısını son açan cihazın IP adresi: bağlantının son açılmasından 12 ay sonra silinir.
- Yazışmalar: konu kapandıktan sonra en fazla 2 yıl tutulur.
- Web sunucusu kayıtları (barındırma sağlayıcılarımız tutar): en fazla 90 gün.
- Yedekler: sistemlerimizden silinen veriler şifreli yedeklerde en fazla 90 gün kalabilir, sonra tamamen silinir.
5. Haklarınız
GDPR (AB) ve Birleşik Krallık GDPR (UK GDPR) altında aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz:
- Kişisel verilerinize erişim
- Yanlış verilerin düzeltilmesini isteme
- Silinme talebinde bulunma ("unutulma hakkı"), yasal saklama yükümlülüklerine tabi olarak
- İşlemenin kısıtlanmasını isteme
- İşlemeye itiraz etme
- Veri taşınabilirliği talep etme
Bu hakları kullanmak için e-posta adresiniz ve belirli talebinizi belirterek kyb@metaversetradingltduk.com adresine yazın. 30 gün içinde yanıt veririz. Yasa gereği saklamamız gereken kayıtlar o süre bitene kadar tutulur, sonra silinir; bu durumda neyin neden tutulduğunu size bildiririz.
Şikâyetinizi Birleşik Krallık Bilgi Komiserliği Ofisi'ne (Information Commissioner's Office, ico.org.uk), yaşadığınız AB ülkesinin veri koruma otoritesine ya da Türkiye'deyseniz 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) kapsamında Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na iletebilirsiniz.
6. Güvenlik
Sardium, tüm veri iletişimleri için endüstri standardı şifreleme (TLS 1.2+) kullanır. Oturum verileri aktarım sırasında ve depolanırken şifrelenir. Ancak, hiçbir güvenlik ölçüsü %100 güvenli değildir ve tüm tehditlere karşı mutlak koruma garantisi veremeyiz.
